About KidsPark

KidsPark Hourly ChildcareKidsPark is a professionally staffed, state-licensed drop-in, hourly child care facility for infants, toddlers and preschoolers in the Twin Cities. The mission of KidsPark is to provide infant, toddler and preschool children in the Twin Cities with a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate education and play environment, while providing their families with professional, affordable hourly childcare.

The goal of KidsPark is to enhance the quality of life of families who only require child care on an occasional or semi-regular basis both by delivering a quality experience to the children and increasing the sense of community for these participating families. KidsPark has served area families for 36 years. KidsPark is a non-profit overseen by a Board of Directors, staffed by a director and teachers who are professionally child care workers and a community created by cooperative members. The parent cooperative is run by the KidsPark Parent Advisory Committee (KPAC) and is made up of member parent volunteers.

KidsPark Hourly ChildcareKidsPark currently serves children from 17 months to 5 years old (not in Kindergarten), in the mixed age room during the hours of 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday year-round, and infants from 6 weeks through 16 months Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Member families can make reservations up to one week in advance. Time is reserved in both rooms ranges from 2 to 6 hours. The child care fee is $9.00 an hour for the infant room and the mixed age room.
