Registration Information

We’re happy to have you join us. We recommend scheduling a tour to see our facility and observe our teachers in action. Please email teachers@kidsparkdropin.org to schedule a tour. Registrations are received on an ongoing basis and wait lists are not uncommon for our program.

Please read the Parent Handbook and return fully completed registration forms to enroll your child(ren). Your medical forms (Health Care Summary and Immunization form) MUST be completed by your doctor’s office and be received by KidsPark before you can reserve time for your child’s first day. All forms may be dropped off at KidsPark or emailed to KidsPark at teachers@kidsparkdropin.org. Registration fee and hour fee purchases will happen after you receive the welcome email and before your child’s first day.

Note: The Minnesota Department of Health provides the Immunization Form and it states that for children older than 15 months a health care provider signature is not required. However, KidsPark licensing and KidsPark policy requires a health care provider signature for all children, including those older than 15 months.

After all registration forms have been received, required information is entered into our systems and there is space for your child, you will receive a “Welcome to KidsPark!” email  Your email will provide details for making  reservations for your child(ren) and information for the your first day.

The KidsPark calendar runs September to August. Returning families must re-register by submitting the yearly membership fee along with new registration forms. New health care forms and immunization records must be completed by your health care provider for each returning child. If you have questions about registration or necessary Health Forms/Immunization records, please contact KidsPark as soon as possible at 651-603-0144 or email at teachers@kidsparkdropin.org.
