Schedule a Visit
The first step to registration as a KidsPark member is to request a visit, letting us know what you’re looking for and ideal times / schedules. Once we determine whether we can accommodate your needs, we’ll set up a visit to meet face to face!

Come visit KidsPark to see what we’re all about! Ask any questions, meet the teachers, and check out our indoor and outdoor learning spaces. If everything seems like a good fit and you’ve gotten all the information you need, the next step is to get registered.
Submit Registration
Once you’ve confirmed availability with KidsPark and completed the in-person visit, download and fill out the registration materials below. You’ll need a health care summary from your child’s pediatrician, vaccine record, and some additional forms. Email or hand in the forms to start the registration process.
Registration Information
We’re happy to have you join us. Please remember you must read the Parent Handbook and return fully completed registration forms prior to your child’s first reserved day. You will need to pay the registration fee and purchase your first block of hours on your child’s first day. Your medical forms (Health Care Summary and Immunization form) MUST be completed by your doctor’s office and be received by KidsPark before you can reserve time for your child’s first day.
Please note: The Minnesota Department of Health provides the Immunization Form and it states that for children older than 15 months a health care provider signature is not required. However, KidsPark licensing and KidsPark policy requires a health care provider signature for all children, including those older than 15 months.
Returning families must re-register by submitting the yearly membership fee along with new contracts, parent information forms, and emergency cards. New health care forms and immunization records must be completed by your health care provider for each returning child. If you have questions about registration or necessary Health Forms/Immunization records, please contact KidsPark as soon as possible.
