Designed with flexibility in mind, KidsPark fills a unique need for part-time working parents, small-business owners, stay-at-home parents, and more. With the ability to sign up for different child care hours week by week, or stay with the same schedule, KidsPark offers personalization without paying for hours you don’t need. Parents who need more consistency can sign up for child care hours a week ahead of time, while others with more unpredictable schedules can wait even up until the day before to reserve. KidsPark utilizes an online scheduling system that ensures safe child-to-staff ratios while giving members independence to schedule child care hours at their own convenience.
How does it work?
Prepay Hours
Members buy hours ahead of time, typically enough to cover one month at a time. Hours can be purchased anytime using the online platform, and an itemized record of hours used can be easily accessed on the parent profile.
Reserve Time
Up to 7 days ahead of time, members can log onto the KidsPark scheduling platform, view open time slots, and reserve a custom block of time for their child. If things change, parents can freely cancel or adjust a reservation online with at least a day’s notice.
